Model D’s Tom Hendrikson put together a great video on the buzz surrounding the upswing in buying and selling of residential properties in Detroit and more specifically in Midtown and the Woodward Corridor.  Too bad I’m not in the market….

There is a clear sense of “it” happening in the Woodward Corridor: “it” being a combination of corporate investment, community engagement, increasing lifestyle choices, and people looking for places to work and live.
